At XACT Perfumes, we take great care in ensuring that every order reaches you safely and in excellent condition. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged or Broken Products

If your product arrives broken, damaged, leaking, or otherwise defective, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photographs and/or videos showing the damage

- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable

Once we receive the required information, our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

2. Returns

If you wish to return an eligible product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, opened, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Please contact us before sending any product back. We will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

3. Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the applicable refund. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the 14-day period. Where applicable, we may arrange a replacement or exchange after reviewing the issue.

6. Important Notice

Returns and refunds are subject to review and approval by XACT Perfumes. Contacting us within the 14-day period does not automatically guarantee approval of a return or refund.
